Waffles are excellent breakfast and are very easy to prepare. You can serve them with Nutella, vanilla pudding, jam or dusted with icing sugar. Here you will find one of our favorite recipes.
What do you need?

- 80 g butter
- 60 g sugar
- 1 package of vanilla sugar
- 3 eggs
- 375 ml milk
- 300 g plain flour
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
You will also need a waffle maker. You can bay it in almost every store that sells home appliances or you can just order one online. It is a simple device so just buy one that you like. If you have more place in the kitchen and want to bake faster, you can by a double waffle maker.
How to prepare?
Gently mix butter with sugar, vanilla sugar and eggs gradually adding other ingredients.
The waffle mixture should be fairly thick but fluid enough to drop off a spoon. Bake as advised and remove the waffle as soon as it is done, using a wooden fork or something similar.
Before serving dust the waffle with icing sugar.

It needs practice!
Use only best quality flour. You will get best results if all ingredients have the same temperature and are thoroughly mixed. We recommend using very soft butter.
Place the readymade waffles on a wire rack to cool down and then sprinkle with icing sugar. If you prefer crispy waffles substitute the milk with water (lukewarm). Milk makes waffles softer.
Waffles are consumed at their best when warm. You can serve them with Nutella, vanilla pudding, jam or dusted with icing sugar.
